The theater will have a 500 seat auditorium, a community engagement room for receptions and educational programs, a rooftop deck, and donor lounge.

“For this region, this part of northern Michigan, there are no other professional, purpose-built facilities for the region, and as was identified in the cultural plan, suitable facilities are one component to help arts organizations grow and thrive.”
O’Neill says construction on the 25-million dollar project will continue throughout 2017. The center is expected to be complete in spring of 2018.
